- All classes have a maximum of 12 people and a minimum of ten.
- All classes are 7:00 to 8:30 pm, unless otherwise stated.
- You must pre-register.

- If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place, or forfeit your fee.
- Private tasting classes for groups of 10-12 are available upon request. Call for prices.
